The Sr Project Manager is responsible for managing tasks and field requests related to the execution of our national branch refresh programs. This role provides tactical support for project setup, floorplan approval tracking, database updates, and deliverable tracking for each quarterly refresh initiative. This person will collaborate closely with Real Estate and support partners to ensure a cohesive environment and effectively triage program needs for the National Program Manager.
We are open to people located in Arizona, Kansas, Chicago, Missouri or Texas. This person will work a hybrid with 5% travel.
What you will do:
Lead and manage project initiation tasks for each quarter's branch refreshes.
Prepare and upload PIF project files to QuickBase upon receipt of required information.
Coordinate with the Project Manager Office (PMO) to ensure branch communications and BELT notifications are sent and uploaded correctly.
Distribute files to relevant partners, including:
AD&E partners (floor plan counts)
Programming partners (seating requirements)
National Security Lead (BRG/SEV recommendations)
Safe Deposit Box/Branch Planning Team (vault closure requests)
Client Management Team (community names and bilingual designations)
Empire Furniture Team (furniture panel information)
Survey Lead (pre and post surveys)
Prepare pipeline uploads via QuickBase, including Matterport links, SWAT call dates, and priorities.
Manage programming changes, including entry, communication, and tracking.
Distribute monthly status reports.
Validate PMW dates via Refresh Dashboard to ensure data integrity.
Initiate and track responses from MDREs regarding lease information for each leased location.
Coordinate with PMO on branch communications for TCD reminders and confirm correct uploads.
Track approved floor plans and manage PMW uploads.
Prepare CERP picture templates for high-dollar spend.
Additional Responsibilities:
Oversee and complete all tasks outlined under Quarterly Project Activities and Ongoing Activities.
Resolve escalated issues and ensure all key stakeholders are informed.
Provide regular reporting to business functions to keep stakeholders informed of ongoing activities and issue responses.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is 125000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is 135000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program.
