Senior Project ManagerJoin a mission-driven, vertically integrated real estate development firm. Senior leadership role with autonomy and long-term stability.This Baltimore-based, mission-driven real estate development and construction firm employs approximately 60 professionals across development and construction. Operating as a vertically integrated platform, the company serves as owner, general contractor, and construction manager on complex urban and historic renovation projects. The Senior Project Manager will be a key leader responsible for delivering projects, mentoring staff, and strengthening operational execution across the organization.The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of complex construction projects while helping elevate project delivery across the team.Lead multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout as Senior Project Manager. Serve as the primary owner of schedule, budget, quality, and subcontractor performance. Manage projects from a GC perspective, including self-performed coordination. Support preconstruction efforts such as budgeting, estimating, and scope development. Deliver large, complex historic renovation and adaptive reuse projects. Mentor and develop junior project managers and project engineers. Partner with operations leadership to improve systems, processes, and consistency. Utilize Procore and scheduling tools to track progress and reporting. Strong background working for a general contractor or construction manager. Proven ability to lead large, complex, multi-year projects. Experience with historic renovations or adaptive reuse preferred. Comfortable supporting estimating and preconstruction without a dedicated estimating team. Demonstrated ability to mentor and train developing project teams. Proficient with Procore and construction scheduling tools. Mission-aligned mindset with interest in community-focused development.Base salary range of $140,000-$160,000, depending on experience. Competitive overall compensation package.
