This role oversees all phases from preconstruction through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety standards. Description
Glimpse of your role:
Oversee all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through completion
Heavy land developement project packages
Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation
Track and resolve issues related to cost, quality, and performance
Communicate with clients and ensure project satisfaction
Lead project planning meetings and maintain documentation
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Support estimating, procurement, and subcontractor management
Complete closeout and turnover requirements
Profile
What We're Looking For:
6+ years of construction management experience
Bachelor's degree in construction preferred but not required
Strong organizational, communicative, and leadership skills
Familiarity with construction software
Ability to manage projects $50M++
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience working in the multifamily or mixed use space is required
