Description

The Sr. Project Manager - Large Scale Interiors Construction will:

  • Lead and manage large-scale interior construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and key milestones.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and resources.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth.
