Description
Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects from planning through completion
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Oversee quality control and compliance with safety standards
Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly
Profile
Minimum 7 years experience in commercial construction
Minimum of 3 years experience as a project manager
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficient with project management software and tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Job Offer
Competitive base salary between $120,000 and $155,000

Requirements
The successful applicant for the Project Manager role will have:
Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction
Minimum of 3 years experience as a project manager
