Project ManagerLead education, healthcare, and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk to achieve successful outcomes. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Oversee procurement, change management, and cost control processes. Direct project teams to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate design reviews, value engineering, and constructability planning. Mentor and support junior Project Managers and Project Engineers. Promote team development, collaboration, and operational excellence.The successful applicant will have 10+ years of general contracting experience, experience leading projects valued over $20M, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to mentor more junior project management staff, and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.What's on offer includes a base salary up to $175K, dependent on qualifications, $800/month car allowance, 401(k) with company match, 4 weeks PTO, comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans, annual bonus based on company and personal performance, and opportunities for internal career progression and growth.M
