Description

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, subcontractor agreements, and procurement plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates on project status, risks, costs, and schedule milestones.
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractor performance, and material procurement to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and process change orders, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and project documentation.
• Monitor project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, billing, and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control requirements, and company procedures.
• Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
