Sr. Project Manager, Supply Chain Technology

SCM scope of work: distribution center software updates, AI/Machine learning reporting and analytics specific to Supply Chain, (Patrick Ayache?); operational supply chain candidates.

PMs familiar with scrum duties and worked in Agile environments, experience driving and project completion. Work cross-functionally QA, Eng, Infra – proficient in communicating status (more than facilitating) – what are the action items and drivers.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Technology Project Manager to work cross functionally on the development and implementation of a variety of merchandising and inventory management projects. This position's responsibilities will require an understanding of current systems and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of merchandising and supply chain project management experience coupled with iterative delivery methodology.

Role Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally on a variety of supply chain systems including – Merchandising, Inventory Management, Warehouse systems, Planning and Allocation systems
• Work cross functionally with dotcom and mobile teams based on project requirements
• Works with partners to develop and drive technology solutions and business case development across functional groups or within a business domain.
• Work with Solutions architect, technology delivery manager/technology delivery executive, and developers.
• Develops status reports, controls project scope and economics, approves changes, and manages and resolves issues, risks, and conflicts. Serves as a single point of contact and the escalation point between technical teams.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Possesses strong project management, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills and the ability to work with various levels of the organization.
• At least 4 years of experience in project management
• Experience within the technology sector and strong business analysis skills
• Able to build and maintain strong collaborative working rapport among multiple partners
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and client service-oriented
• Agile/hybrid project experience and JIRA/Confluence experience. Experience with Planview a bonus. Ability to build a project plan with non-traditional project management tools, critical.
• Project Budget management experience
• Solid knowledge in a functional area, such as; Supply Chain Systems, Merchandising and Inventory Management, Planning and Allocation, Assortment management, Procurement
