Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to play a key role in the design and delivery of complex building structures. This individual will be heavily involved in technical design while also supporting coordination efforts across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:
Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building types, with an emphasis on steel and concrete systems
Prepare and coordinate construction documents alongside BIM/modeling teams
Work closely with architects, contractors, and consultants throughout all phases of design
Support project leadership with scheduling, coordination, and technical execution
Assist with construction administration tasks including RFIs, submittals, and field coordination

Qualifications:
5+ years of structural engineering experience focused on building design
Experience with multiple structural materials (steel, concrete, wood, etc.)
Proficiency with structural analysis/design tools (ETABS, RAM, RISA, or similar)
PE license required or in progress (SE is a plus)
Familiarity with seismic design and California building codes is preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
