Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic integration initiatives in mergers and acquisitions. 
This contract position is based in Schaumburg, IL, and involves managing multiple workstreams and coordinating stakeholders across various functions. 
The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage complex programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic M&A integration programs across business and technology organizations.
Coordinate multiple project workstreams and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Develop and maintain program governance, timelines, milestones, and integration plans.
Identify integration risks, resource constraints, and dependencies early.
Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and governance reviews.

Qualifications
Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise programs.
Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks before they impact delivery.
Experience working directly with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
