Description The Devices Trade Compliance (DTC) team enables Amazon Devices to move products seamlessly through global customs and regulatory regimes while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence. We support new product introductions (NPI), large-scale global launches, and complex supply chains across dozens of countries and thousands of ASINs. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to own and scale core trade compliance programs for Amazon Devices. This role will lead end-to-end compliance initiatives that support the Product Development Process, while building durable processes, dashboards, and controls to support a rapidly growing and evolving device portfolio. This role requires strong compliance judgment and the ability to translate complex regulatory frameworks into scalable operational programs that support dynamic product offerings and business growth. Key job responsibilities - Own and drive trade compliance programs for Amazon Devices products, including HS classification, ECCN/export classification, Antidumping/Countervailing Duties assessments, COO determinations, and FTA eligibility validation. - Partner with Product, Hardware, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to embed classification, COO, and FTA requirements into NPI and launch processes. - Design and continuously improve governance models, SOPs, and controls. - Build and maintain dashboards and monitoring mechanisms to track compliance status, launch readiness, FTA utilization, and risk indicators. - Communicate risk, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and leadership. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience - 5+ years of program or project Management experience - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level Preferred Qualifications - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification - Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent - Master's degree or equivalent - Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
