A Sr. Audit Manager for the Hub Delivery Program Compliance Audits drives organizational excellence by ensuring program adherence to program requirements and internal policies through comprehensive audit mechanisms. This individual contributor owns end-to-end audit programs, partners with stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance risks, and develops scalable solutions that protect the business while enabling growth. The role requires deep expertise in compliance frameworks, strong bias for action, and the ability to earn trust across all levels of the organization.

Key job responsibilities

Audit Program Ownership: Designs and executes comprehensive annual audit plans and quarterly reviews to evaluate program adherence to federal, state, and internal compliance standards. Demonstrates ownership by proactively identifying gaps in program requirements and driving closure with measurable impact.

Risk Identification & Mitigation: Applies dive deep principles to analyze program compliance risks, identify root causes of non-compliance, and implement scalable corrective actions. Thinks big to anticipate emerging regulatory challenges and builds mechanisms to prevent future program violations.

Stakeholder Partnership: Serves as the primary liaison for regulatory examinations, external audits, and agency interactions related to program compliance. Earns trust through transparent communication and delivers results by coordinating cross-functional teams to meet examination requirements.

Data-Driven Reporting: Maintains rigorous documentation standards for audit findings, creates compliance dashboards with meaningful metrics, and delivers concise executive briefings that enable informed decision-making on program risks. Insists on highest standards for accuracy and completeness.

Policy Innovation: Reviews and enhances program policies and procedures to ensure alignment with evolving regulations and industry best practices. Has backbone and disagrees when necessary to maintain compliance integrity while seeking to understand diverse perspectives.

Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency with audit management systems, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and proven leadership capability. Demonstrates customer obsession by balancing compliance requirements with business enablement.
