Overview
Our client is an IP?driven consumer products and entertainment organization leveraging advanced technology to drive business transformation. They are seeking a Senior Product Program Manager (AI) to lead and enable a strategic portfolio of enterprise AI initiatives. This role is ideal for a proven program leader who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, artificial intelligence, and large?scale execution.
As a Senior Product Program Manager, you will own the planning, development, governance, and enablement of AI programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while delivering measurable business value. You will also provide thought leadership on AI strategy, operating models, and best practices across the enterprise.
What Youll Do
AI Strategy & Stakeholder Leadership
Lead and align organization?wide AI product development efforts.
Measure, track, and clearly communicate business value delivered by AI initiatives.
Partner with business units to identify needs and opportunities through ideation sessions, workshops, and hackathons.
Prioritize AI use cases and guide adoption of emerging AI technologies.
Champion new AI?powered business models and gain alignment from senior leadership and cross?functional teams.
Program Leadership
Drive end?to?end delivery of a global AI program, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
Act as the primary point of contact for all AI program activities and executive communications.
Project Planning & Execution
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope definition, milestones, resource planning, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Risk & Issue Management
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.
Implement corrective actions to ensure continuity and successful outcomes.
Change Management & Enablement
Design and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to support adoption and minimize disruption.
Deliver training, documentation, and ongoing support for stakeholders and end users.
Budget & Resource Management
Manage program budgets with a focus on cost efficiency, transparency, and return on investment.
Optimize allocation of internal and external resources across all phases of delivery.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred: Masters degree and/or certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL.
1015+ years of IT program management experience, with a strong focus on SaaS and cloud?based implementations.
Proven success leading large, complex AI programs and enterprise AI implementations.
Experience building and scaling platforms using Generative AI and Agentic AI for enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of applied AI in business, including ML fundamentals and familiarity with algorithm development.
Hands?on experience with Agile delivery models and tools such as Jira, Jira Align, MS Project, and Trello.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations for AI systems.
Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary, cross?functional product environments.
Exceptional communication, problem?solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
