Introduction

This position will be part of the Treasury Payments data team, focusing on technical delivery and Agile execution within the banking domain. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Deep financial domain expertise with at least 5 years of experience in Treasury Products: DDA, Client Liquidity, Payments, Receivables, Billing, and Trade Finance.
  • Understanding of Banking and Treasury Value Chain.
  • Proficient in articulating business problems and technical solutions, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Experience with eliciting business requirements and developing technical/system flows.
  • Comfortable reviewing technical designs and providing feedback.
  • Deep understanding of Master Data Management Principles and Applications.
  • Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting.
  • Experience supporting technical delivery in Agile Methodology, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
  • Proficiency in data technologies like SQL, data modeling, and metadata management.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for banking and data technology initiatives.
  • Support technical delivery teams by translating business needs into actionable specifications.
  • Create and maintain JIRA boards, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile principles and participate in ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, etc.).
  • Perform data analysis and validation.
