In this high visibility Sr. PMT role, you"ll envision and launch new promotions features that millions of customers use every day and contribute big, game-changing ideas to our long-term vision. You"ll also run customer-facing experiments that drive significant impact and improve the promotions shopping experience worldwide.

To succeed in this role, you"ll need strong CX instincts and a passion for delivering great customer experiences; excellent written communication and strategic thinking skills and executive presence to guide UX and business decisions, often at senior leadership levels; and a demonstrated ability to earn trust with UX and tech teams and a diverse set of partners across Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

  • Contribute to our strategic vision and think big about how we can use relevant, timely promotions to drive customer interest and actions
  • Listen to and balance the needs of cross-org stakeholders, which you will turn into crisp business requirement documents and up-leveled leadership summaries
  • Transform complex technical and business challenges into elegant, scalable solutions that serve millions of customers globally
  • Design and run innovative CX experiments to learn about what drives customer engagement and business outcomes, and drive feature launch decisions
  • Lead key portions of the technical product roadmap for displaying promotional savings across the store
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between UX design and engineering to deliver seamless promotional experiences
  • Own key performance metrics and strategic objectives for promotion adoption and business growth
