    Description

The Amazon Enterprise Security Products team within AWS operates like a startup to solve the hardest problems in enterprise security. We are building AI-powered products that help enterprise security teams understand, protect, and defend their infrastructure across multi-cloud environments. AI is not a buzzword here. It is how we plan, build, and ship. We are hiring a Sr. Product Manager - Tech who will obsess over customers and drive zero-to-one products from vision to launch. You will work directly with engineers, security researchers, and applied scientists to turn ambiguous customer problems into shipped products. You will define what we build, why we build it, and how fast it gets to customers. Feedback loops are short. Ownership is real. Nothing sits between you and the impact.

    Key job responsibilities

Own product strategy and delivery end-to-end:

Set the vision and drive the roadmap for zero-to-one security products where AI is core to both the product and the process of building it. Your product strategy must meet customers where their workloads run, across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises, while leveraging AWS differentiation. Own prioritization, phased rollouts, and launch outcomes. You are shaping and shipping the product, not managing a backlog.

Be the voice of the customer:

Engage directly with the enterprise security customers we serve. Validate fast, build conviction about what to build next, and drive beta programs that generate the customer signal shaping product direction.

    Drive AI-first thinking:

Use AI to prototype, build, and launch faster. Know agentic architectures and decide how they translate into product experiences. Rethink how security problems should be solved by applying what is emerging to what customers need.

    Build the product culture:

Define what product management looks like on a fast-growing, AI-native team. Establish the rituals, frameworks, and quality bar that scale as we grow.

    About the team

    About the team

Amazon Enterprise Security Products is built by builders who tackle challenges others might consider too ambitious. We"re a small team where there are no layers between you and the decision, no waiting quarters to see your work reach customers. Every team member brings an owner"s mentality. If there"s a problem worth solving, we solve it. No mission is beyond reach, no detail beneath our attention. We move fast, we ship fast, and we learn from what we ship. This is where builders who want to make the impossible routine come to do their best work.

Amazon values diverse experiences. Even if you do not meet all of the qualifications and skills listed in the job description, we encourage candidates to apply. If your career is just starting, hasn't followed a traditional path, or includes alternative experiences, don't let it stop you from applying.

    Inclusive Team Culture

In Amazon, it's in our nature to learn and be curious. Ongoing DEI events and learning experiences inspire us to continue learning and to embrace our uniqueness. Addressing the toughest security challenges requires that we seek out and celebrate a diversity of ideas, perspectives, and voices.

    About Company

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

    It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

    Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
