We stand at the intersection of tech & retail in the B2B Books space, developing innovative purchasing and procurement solutions to help businesses thrive. Bring your insight, imagination, and a healthy disregard for the impossible. You will be the voice of Business customers, representing their needs and developing product solutions. This is a highly visible position; you will interact with the senior management team within Books and the Amazon Business Org. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong background in analytics and a proven track record in achieving business impact through collaborating across the organization while leveraging data to get buy-in for new ideas. The role is both strategic and operational and is a great fit for someone who can think big while diving into the details to execute. Key job responsibilities - Define product strategy based on customer pain points, industry benchmarks, and business goals - Develop PRFAQs for new features, working backwards from customers, framing hot debates and tradeoffs for discussion with senior leadership - Work with teams across Amazon Business, Books, and cross-functionally with design, research and engineering to deliver the vision - Drive product launches including working with Legal, PR, leadership, and other product management team members - Serve as a key influence in contributing to the overall B2B Books strategy and in developing partner teams' roadmaps About the team You will be joining Amazon's fast-paced B2B Books team. We are a Biztech team, responsible for driving growth within the institutional and enterprise book customer segments. As part of this team, you will work alongside tech leaders, engineering, sales managers, and cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to our B2B clients. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on Amazon's B2B book business while leveraging Amazon's scale, technology, and resources. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
