Job Summary:
• This position is based in Madison, WI, and is a contract role.

Description:
• Collaborate with product and business teams to define solutions that meet customer needs.
• Define and drive the product roadmap and end-to-end delivery for a specific product area.
• Lead business requirement gathering and define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support product teams by contributing to projects of medium complexity.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and delivery teams are supported.
• Communicate product strategy and roadmap to stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate expertise in complex programs and initiatives.
• Translate user and business needs into high-level requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation to aid in development and refinement of tools and processes.
• Track product performance and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with quality engineering to ensure high standards of quality and reliability.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products/services.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with user interviews, A/B testing, and conversion funnels.
