Taco Bell is looking for a strategic and technically savvy Sr Product Manager I to lead the development and management of our Restaurant Control Center (RCC) platform. RCC encompasses three core applications: Pricing, Product Availability, and Store Hours. This critical platform empowers restaurant operators to streamline operations, ensure accurate and strategic pricing, and manage store hours effectively.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager who thrives in the fast-paced space, passionate about problem solving, and delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The Sr Product Manager I will report to the Menu Product Lead.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Day-to-Day:
xe2x80xa2 Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the RCC platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs. Identify key growth opportunities and areas for innovation.
xe2x80xa2 Technical Leadership: Act as a technical leader and subject matter expert, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure robust, secure, and scalable architecture.
xe2x80xa2 Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, production services, design, data science, and other product teams to manage dependencies and ensure seamless integration with front-end applications, external partners, and other internal systems.
xe2x80xa2 Building Capabilities: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design, prioritize, and implement new platform enhancements that improve order processing speed, reliability, and flexibility. Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and workflows that deliver impactful features.
QUALIFICATIONS
Is This You?
xe2x80xa2 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
xe2x80xa2 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or a similar role
xe2x80xa2 Ability to translate complex technical solutions into simple diagrams and strategic business objectives into technical requirements
xe2x80xa2 Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing sprints, working closely with business, engineering teams and production services teams.
xe2x80xa2 Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environment
xe2x80xa2 Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
xe2x80xa2 Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
xe2x80xa2 Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office and generative AI
