Job description

We’re seeking a highly strategic Senior Product Manager with deep health plan experience. This person will drive a high-profile, cross-enterprise initiative requiring end-to-end thinking, strategic synthesis, and strong execution.

This is an opportunity for a senior operator who can quickly assess complex ecosystems, connect dots across teams, synthesize ideas into strategic recommendations, and drive alignment on how health plan services, operations, and member experiences should evolve.

The ideal candidate combines product, program, and operational leadership—bringing both strategic vision and the ability to drive outcomes in a highly matrixed enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a critical cross-enterprise initiative within a health plan environment
  • Evaluate current state programs, operations, and member/customer experiences
  • Synthesize stakeholder needs, business priorities, operational realities, and research into strategic recommendations
  • Shape future-state strategies, roadmaps, and execution frameworks
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, operations, customer service, business, and leadership teams
  • Facilitate strategic discussions, planning sessions, and executive alignment
  • Create clarity in ambiguous environments and define how work should move forward
  • Balance strategic thinking with execution and measurable outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Product Management, Program Management, Service Design, CX Strategy, or related strategic transformation roles
  • Deep health plan / payer experience strongly preferred
  • Call center, customer support, or member services experience highly valuable
  • Proven success leading complex cross-functional enterprise initiatives
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, synthesis, and recommendation capabilities
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
  • Ability to operate autonomously and ramp quickly
  • End-to-end systems thinker who can connect strategy to execution
