Job description

We're looking for a Sr Product Manager, Digital Client Experiences. This role will be responsible for supporting delivery of best-in-class experiences and solutions across our client facing digital channel. 


Enterprise Role Overview:

  • Works closely with business partners to create new e-commerce solutions, partnering with senior product managers to deliver complex programs & initiatives  
  • May at times Independently initiate and/or lead digital initiatives or research projects 
  • Will be on point for supporting day to day process management tasks, such as consolidating and analyzing page level feedback, monthly complaint monitoring, and page reviews.  I
  • n some cases, project work will require the role to deliver prioritized epics, execute the technical enhancements from requirements to testing, and perform ongoing maintenance on digital features. 
  • Ideally, the role will provide subject matter expertise across consumer, wealth, investments & retirement solutions.  
  • Will also identify and propose solutions to help mitigate risk to both our clients and the firm as a result of our push to drive digital adoption.

Qualifications

Required Skills: "MUST" have these skills to be minimally qualified.

  • Two of the 3
    • 7+ years as Product Owner, Business/Systems Analyst, or Project Manager 
    • 7+ years web or mobile ecommerce design experience and a strong understanding of design principles
    • 7+ years of experience in financial services
  • Strong project management experience delivering large and highly complex projects
  • Strong knowledge base regarding digital banking and/or investments
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile SDLC practices, including use of Jira, as a digital product owner
  • Excellent quantitative, qualitative, and critical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills 
  • Excellent computer skills, including the use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word
  • BS or BA required


Desired Skills:

  • Strong understanding of competitive landscape as it relates to Digital Banking & Investments
  • SAFe Agile PM/PO certifications
  • Strong knowledge of banking & investment products offered by Bank of America (e.g., deposits, lending, wealth management, retirement, etc.)
