As a Sr Product Manager for team Canada, you will have an opportunity to work with one of Amazon's fastest growing marketplaces and help improve the delivery experience for our Canadian customers. You will be responsible for shaping the future of our delivery experience and help Amazon meet our delivery promises seamlessly.

As a Product Leader, you will use a combination of leadership skills, thought clarity, analytical skills, cross-functional partnership, business model analysis, and strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of our customers. You thrive on working with cutting-edge technology and have a strong understanding of retail supply chain. You also have a proven track record of owning and delivering world-class experiences that raise-the-bar from an innovation, usability, and design perspective. Lastly, you deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic business environment and are highly comfortable exercising fantastic judgment across a spectrum of highly diverse problems.

Key job responsibilities

  • Drive the vision and requirements for a new strategic initiative, building the product or feature from the ground up
  • Convert complex data into actionable insights to propel program growth and ensure scalability
  • Lead high-visibility projects focused on enhancing end-to-end delivery experiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, Business Analytics, Design, and other Amazon teams
  • Optimize customer experience across Amazon platforms and apps
  • Partner with Operations teams to implement on-the-ground improvements
  • Develop and refine pricing structures
  • Design and execute A/B tests to validate improvements
