Sr. Product Manager

Job Summary

JM Test Systems is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the development, performance, and long-term vision of our digital product ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee the full product lifecycle across multiple platforms that directly impact customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth. You will work closely with engineering, operations, sales, and leadership teams to drive product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver scalable digital solutions. What You’ll Do:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Define and manage product roadmaps across multiple digital platforms
• Translate business goals and operational needs into product priorities and requirements
• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term scalability and platform growth

Product Development & Delivery:

• Own and manage product backlogs from intake through release
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Partner with engineering teams to review builds and ensure quality standards
• Lead UAT, defect resolution, and production release coordination

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineering, operations, sales, and leadership teams
• Communicate product updates, timelines, risks, and priorities to stakeholders
• Align cross-functional teams around product initiatives and business objectives

Data & Performance:

• Define and monitor KPIs tied to product success and operational performance
• Use SQL and analytics tools to support data-driven decisions
• Measure product impact through efficiency, revenue, adoption, and business outcomes

AI-Enabled Product Development:

• Utilize AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to support product workflows
• Review AI-generated outputs alongside engineering teams
• Support efficient and high-quality development practices

• JMTest.com, eCommerce and lead generation website
• Partner and acquisition onboarding systems

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of product management experience with digital products or business systems
• Experience managing customer-facing web applications
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and review technical outputs
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with laboratory, calibration, or field service software
• Familiarity with MERN stack, .NET, or similar technologies
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT within product development workflows
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 or similar compliance standards
• Experience with system integrations, onboarding, or acquisitions
• SQL or data analysis experience
