This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.

The Senior Principal Aerospace Systems is a senior leader responsible for driving the development, production, and operations of the New Glenn launch systems. This role focuses on crafting and maintaining operational business rhythms and tools that drive engineering completion, procurement of all hardware needed, and build and launch velocity to meet program needs. Reporting and Insights: Architect and deliver regular reporting for program reviews. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

Toolset and Process Improvement: Lead the development and delivery of customer-focused, world-class project management toolsets. Continuously improve project management tools to accelerate program execution. Incorporate AI and automation into the business.
