Core Role

Act as Chief of Staff to CISO, driving cybersecurity strategy execution, operations, and executive alignment across global security programs.

Must-Have Skills (Screening Keywords)

• Cybersecurity leadership support (CISO / executive level)
• Strategy → execution (OKRs, KPIs, roadmap delivery)
• Program/PMO management + Agile
• Executive communication, reporting, presentations
• Cross-functional leadership (Legal, Finance, HR, IT)
• Cyber domain knowledge (GRC, SOC, IAM, Cloud Security)
• Budget/vendor management

Key Responsibilities

• Translate CISO strategy into execution roadmap
• Manage security programs, governance, and planning cycles
• Lead executive cadence (staff meetings, board reporting)
• Act as CISO proxy in leadership forums & decisions
• Oversee global cybersecurity initiatives & PMO
• Drive budget, vendor, and headcount planning
• Prepare board-level presentations (risk → business impact)
• Support incident response coordination & change management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (Cybersecurity/IT/Business)
• 10–15+ years experience (5+ in cybersecurity/tech)
• 7+ years leadership / management
• Experience supporting senior executives

Nice to Have

• Medtronic or healthcare industry experience
• Advanced degree
• Deep leadership across multiple cyber domains
