The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing pricing strategies and maintaining pricing systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring pricing accuracy, consistency, and timely implementation within JD Edwards (ERP), Salesforce (CRM) and other systems as required. The Pricing Coordinator works closely with Inside Sales, Commercial, Finance, Price Desk, and IT teams to support pricing operations, improve processes, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing System Management & Execution
- Build, maintain, and optimize JDE advanced pricing systems.
- Execute and manage all price change implementations accurately and on time.
- Maintain master pricing files to support commercial and inside sales teams.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across CRM and ERP systems and tools.
Pricing Operations & Support
- Manage special pricing request and ensure proper approvals and documentation.
- Support quote approvals and pricing validations as required.
- Oversee customer master price codes and new product pricing setup.
- Provide pricing support to Inside Sales and Commercial teams for day-to-day activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure alignment on pricing execution.
- Act as a key resource for pricing-related inquiries and issue resolution.
- Support pricing-related projects and business initiatives.
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Support CRM data integrity and pricing-related analytics.
- Analyze pricing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with pricing reviews and business performance evaluations.
Training & Enablement
- Support onboarding and training of sales employees on pricing tools and processes.
- Provide guidance on pricing policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, finance, or a related analytical role.
- Experience working with ERP systems (JD Edwards strongly preferred) as well as Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, preferred experience with AI tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting sales or commercial teams in a B2B or manufacturing environment is a plus.
