We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Sr. Project Manager (PM) for our Multi-Family division in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is passionate about construction and has a proven track record of success in managing multi-family projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up construction, market rate, affordable housing, and student housing. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Sr. PM-Multi-Family, you will:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of multi-family construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Develop and implement project strategies, including budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiations.
3. Coordinate and supervise the work of project team members, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
4. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
6. Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the project lifecycle.
7. Regularly report on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
9. Continuously improve project management processes and strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in multi-family projects.
2. Proven experience in ground-up construction, market rate, affordable housing, and student housing.
3. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues and disputes quickly and effectively.
7. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
8. Knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations and standards.
9. A strong commitment to safety and quality.
