Position Specific Description

This position will report to the Plant Manager at Plan West County, located in Loxahatchee, FL. Upon determination and timing and under general direction, this individual shall be able to perform reliability engineering responsibilities for the site including, but not limited to, quality program facilitation, equipment condition assessment program, tracking and improving key performance indicators and contractor coordination. Leadership skills desired with the ability to interact with various levels throughout the organization. This position leverages resources both inside and outside the company to achieve desired results.

Occasional night and or weekend work as well as call-out for emergencies is sometimes required.

Job Overview

Employees in this senior-level role direct a team of production and maintenance technicians and contractors in plant maintenance activities. Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty, executing plant maintenance to achieve short and long term site goals and objectives in safety, environmental, compliance, reliability, availability and cost management.
