Summary
Lidl US is seeking a Senior Analyst, People Analytics to join our HR team. This highly analytical, systems-focused role is designed for a data professional who can successfully bridge the gap between complex HR systems and executive business strategy. Serving as an internal consultant and strategic partner, the Senior Analyst will design, model, and automate data frameworks sourced from our enterprise platforms. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally across HR, Operations, Sales, and Logistics, taking ownership of company-wide personnel metrics and labor cost forecasting through technical innovation and rigorous data governance.
