What You'll Do
- Ensure accurate IRF-PAI data collection and submission.
- Understand and can teach the IRF-PAI manual for CMS compliance.
- Train and support clinical staff on documentation standards.
- Analyze data to improve outcomes and compliance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across the hospital.
- Lead audits, reporting, and regulatory compliance efforts.
Qualifications
- Licensed or certified clinician: RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, Recreational Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, or case manager/social worker.
- QI Credentialed.
- IRF-PPS Certified.
- Possess an Allied Health, Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree, as appropriate to licensure or certification.
- Minimum of 3 years in an IRF setting, 2 of which were in a PASC or director level role.
- Has attended UDS Boot Camp.
- Has attended the UDS IRF PPS Certification course and maintained certification.
