What You'll Do

  • Ensure accurate IRF-PAI data collection and submission.
  • Understand and can teach the IRF-PAI manual for CMS compliance.
  • Train and support clinical staff on documentation standards.
  • Analyze data to improve outcomes and compliance.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across the hospital.
  • Lead audits, reporting, and regulatory compliance efforts.

Qualifications

  • Licensed or certified clinician: RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, Recreational Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, or case manager/social worker.
  • QI Credentialed.
  • IRF-PPS Certified.
  • Possess an Allied Health, Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree, as appropriate to licensure or certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years in an IRF setting, 2 of which were in a PASC or director level role.
  • Has attended UDS Boot Camp.
  • Has attended the UDS IRF PPS Certification course and maintained certification.
