AvePoint is seeking a seasoned, strategic Senior Partner Development Manager (Sr. PDM) to expand our partner ecosystem and amplify growth through Managed Service Providers (MSPs). In this role, you'll lead high-level partner strategy, recruit new MSPs, and foster existing relationships to unlock new revenue channels. Your responsibilities will drive partner-sourced revenue, strategic alignment, and success with AvePoint's go-to-market initiatives.

Other Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in partner development, sales, or strategic business development, ideally with a focus on MSPs or SaaS.
Proven track record of exceeding business development, partner recruitment, and revenue generation targets.
Expertise in end-to-end partner enablement and go-to-market execution.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to drive joint success in sales and services deals.
Strong ability to create and present quantified business cases with partners, building mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships.
Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships within the partner ecosystem, with a focus on growth and partner advocacy.
Exceptional communication skills, active listening, and empathy toward partner perspectives and needs.
Effective multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands seamlessly.

The Salary Range for this role is $105,000 - $145,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs).
