Position: Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Remote Occasional Travel to client (No expenses paid)
Duration: Long term contract

Client Need:
We are looking for an Oracle HCM Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and support of Oracle Payroll modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Payroll.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, elements, balances, fast formulas, and payroll processes.
- Work with HR, Finance, and IT teams to implement payroll solutions.
- Support Payroll integrations with other systems.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, and Payroll parallel runs.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide functional support.
- Prepare functional documents and training materials.
- Support production payroll and post-go-live activities.
Required Experience:
- 15+ years of Oracle HCM experience.
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Experience in Payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, Elements, and Balances.
- Experience in implementation or support projects.
- Good understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
- Experience with integrations and data migration is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
- Experience with Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor.
- Good communication and client-facing skills.
