Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Technical Consultant with 15+ years of overall IT experience and extensive expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll technical development. The ideal candidate should possess deep hands-on experience in developing Oracle Payroll technical solutions, including Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, SQL development, payroll integrations, and Oracle HCM technical architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll technical solutions.
Develop complex Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, validations, and business rules.
Design and optimize HCM Extracts for payroll reporting, interfaces, and third-party integrations.
Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports and XML/RTF templates.
Build and troubleshoot payroll integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, HDL, and file-based interfaces.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for payroll reporting, reconciliation, validation, and performance tuning.
Troubleshoot production issues related to payroll processing, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, integrations, and reporting.
Collaborate with functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance Oracle HCM Payroll technical solutions.
Required Technical Skills:
15+ years of IT experience with strong Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll technical expertise.
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
Advanced expertise in Fast Formulas.
Extensive experience with HCM Extracts.
Strong knowledge of BI Publisher (BIP).
Expertise in SQL and query optimization.
Experience with Payroll Integrations, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, HDL, and Oracle HCM data model.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Payroll, Reporting, Extracts, and Integrations.
