POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Operations Reporting Analyst leads the design, development, and delivery of advanced analytics and reporting solutions that drive strategic decision-making across operational and financial domains. This role serves as a subject matter expert in healthcare data, oversees complex reporting initiatives, and partners with leadership to translate data into actionable insights that improve patient outcomes and organizational performance.
Responsibilities
Leads the design and delivery of enterprise-level reports and analytics solutions for executive and operational stakeholders.
Owns and manages complex data analyses, including utilization, cost, productivity, and financial metrics.
Identifies opportunities for automation, optimization, and scalability of reporting processes.
Presents findings and insights to senior leadership in a clear, actionable format.
Leads cross-functional initiatives related to cost reduction, margin enhancement, and operational efficiency.
