Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with deep Cisco ACI expertise to join our Professional Services team. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in fast?paced customer environments, can independently lead multiple engagements, and delivers high?quality architectures, migrations, and documentation with minimal oversight.
You will act as the primary technical lead for ACI initiatives, providing end?to?end ownership from discovery through hypercare.
What Youll Do
Scope and estimate level of effort (LOE) to support Statements of Work
Design, implement, and deliver advanced Network & Security solutions, with a heavy emphasis on Cisco ACI
Produce high?quality architecture documentation including HLDs, LLDs, diagrams, runbooks, and test plans
Lead customer knowledge transfer and training sessions
Contribute to the development and refinement of ACI and datacenter service offerings
Independently manage 36 concurrent Professional Services engagements
Act as the primary technical lead for all ACI?related projects
