Seeking a Sr. MRB Engineer for a six-month onsite role in Columbus, GA.
Responsibilities include performing design analysis and creating dispositions for assembly manufacturing non-conformances, assessing repair scenarios for fit, form, and function, and processing concessions from risk sharing partners and final assembly lines. The engineer will design repairs, identify efficient analysis methods, and ensure compliance with airworthiness and procedural requirements. Collaboration with multiple functions and suppliers is essential, along with potential customer-facing duties.
Qualifications include at least three years of experience working on Boeing products or within the supply chain, preferably with delegated technical approval. Knowledge of 737/777/787 aircraft variants, materials, manufacturing practices, and CATIA V5 is required. A BS degree from an ABET-accredited institution and SAP knowledge are also necessary; DOA signature authority is advantageous.
