Sr. Molding Set Up Technician

2 Year Technical Degree or Enrolled in a technical class or equivalent related experience plus 2 years experience as a Manufacturing Technician.
Must have a strong electrical aptitude with the ability to work with vendors and suppliers.
Strong and appropriate influencing skills and flexible work ethic is important.
CAD Platforms. Solid Works, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, Pro Engineering

Install molds, set machine parameters (temperature, pressure, time), and connect auxiliary equipment.
Monitor runs, make real-time adjustments to maintain quality, and document changes.
Diagnose and resolve issues with machines, molds, materials, or processes to prevent defects.
Inspect parts for defects, ensuring they meet internal and external standards.
Perform preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubricating) and report needed repairs on molds and equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols (OSHA, Lockout/Tagout) and maintain a clean work area (5S).
