Role Overview
As the Senior Manager of Business Development, you will play a critical leadership role in scaling a high-performing pipeline generation engine while shaping how Business Development is perceived across the sales organization. This role goes beyond operational excellence-you will be responsible for elevating talent, building a recognizable and trusted brand within sales, and driving consistent delivery of high-quality pipeline through your team.
You will lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), partnering closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to align on strategy, execution, and pipeline outcomes. Success in this role requires a balance of people leadership, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional influence, ensuring the team not only meets pipeline targets but becomes a strategic lever for growth.

The pay range for this position is $102,300 to $147,050. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
