Description

A growing company in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry has an immediate opening for a Sr. Project Engineer to work at their Allentown, NJ location. Salary: $100K. Duties include: Lead technical discussions with customers to clarify requirements, specifications, and performance expectations; Translate customer needs into detailed engineering documentation, scope definitions, and internal work instructions; Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, production planning, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and achievable; Review and approve engineering deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and internal standards; Ensure sales orders are accurately entered with complete technical details, configurations, and customer requirements; Lead regular update meetings with customers and internal teams, providing clear status reports, action items, and timelines.  Job requirements: BSs degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field); 10+ years of experience in project engineering, applications engineering, or technical project management; Strong customer‑facing communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly; Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies; Experience working with production/manufacturing environments. #IND
