Imprimis Group/IGXperts is actively hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer for a high-impact onsite opportunity supporting advanced infrastructure and heavy manufacturing projects. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can take ownership of projects from concept through production, testing, and implementation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically strong engineer with deep manufacturing expertise, solid project leadership skills, and the technical horsepower to drive complex mechanical design initiatives.

What Youll Own:

Lead mechanical design for modular infrastructure systems, factory-built assemblies, and industrial product solutions
Drive HVAC, airflow/thermal management, piping/fluid systems, and controls integration design efforts
Develop engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and complete design packages
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, technical risk, and engineering execution
Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, field services, and engineering teams
Support factory acceptance testing, commissioning, field troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Perform design validation including structural, vibration, fatigue, and thermal performance analysis
Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes and standards
Mentor junior engineers and help drive design improvements, standardization, and manufacturability initiatives
Collaborate with vendors and OEM partners on technical evaluations and product development

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering required
610+ years of mechanical engineering experience within heavy manufacturing or industrial product development
Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred, or ability to obtain quickly
Strong background in thermal systems, HVAC, piping/fluid systems, and mechanical fabrication design
Experience with Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk products, or similar 3D CAD platforms
Hands-on manufacturing floor exposure and practical product implementation experience
Experience leading engineering projects from design through production launch
Knowledge of power distribution, industrial infrastructure, or modular systems highly preferred
Familiarity with FEA/CFD analysis workflows
Strong technical communication and cross-functional leadership skills
Consulting engineering or commercial/industrial construction design experience is highly valued
