At the heart of this effort is a need for a strategic operator who can connect the dots between data, technology, and marketing execution - someone who thrives at the intersection of Mar Tech, attribution, and AI-powered operations. The Sr. Marketing Manager - Marketing Technology & Measurement will own the systems and signals that underpin how we understand, optimize, and scale our marketing impact. Working closely with product, engineering, and partner marketing teams, this role will build the measurement frameworks, Mar Tech infrastructure, and operational workflows that enable the team to move faster and smarter. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in marketing technology and performance measurement, combines deep analytical rigor with a builder's mindset, and is energized by the opportunity to shape how data-driven marketing comes to life across a complex partner network. Key job responsibilities - Serve as the primary marketing liaison to product and engineering infrastructure teams, translating marketing needs into scalable Mar Tech requirements and driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders - Lead Airtable-based marketing operations, including workflow design and process optimization, while identifying and piloting AI-powered workstreams that increase team efficiency and execution velocity - Own end-to-end measurement and attribution strategy for partner marketing programs, connecting marketing investments to business outcomes including partner acquisition, retention, and advertiser growth - Identify and manage the data signals and audience inputs required to enable ADSP-powered, journey-based marketing at scale - including signal architecture, activation frameworks, and continuous optimization loops - Collaborate with product, data science, and analytics teams to advance measurement infrastructure and surface insights that inform strategic decision-making - Serve as the connective tissue between senior marketing leadership and product teams, translating strategic goals into clear requirements and driving alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities Basic Qualifications - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services - Experience in online advertising, marketing, sales or digital media - Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation Preferred Qualifications - Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
