Job Description
Job Overview Solving production issues, developing working instructions, and driving on mass production, continuous improvement, with the objective of improving productivity and production quality within the direction from Stamping management.
Job Requirements
Production i. Monitor the production process, provide solution or technical guidance on solving production issues in order to ensure the smooth progress of production. ii. Develop the working instructions in order to ensure all the operations meet requirement. iii. Participate in the EHS activities of the stamping department.
Die Maintenance & Improvement i. Provide guidance and technical training to technician on Die Maintenance ii. Initiate the setup of spare parts safety stock iii. Communication with technician about improvement suggestion, conduct improvement actions, and update the drawing and related operation documents
WI training material…in order to ensure the die maintenance work on schedule.
Quality Issues Coordinate with team members in solving quality issues in order to ensure product quality.
Project Following i. Engineering change in existing die ii. For migration project or NPI, cooperate with team member to follow die qualification iii. Technical support the overseas factors
TEBIT i. Find the improvement opportunity ii. Work with TEBIT leader to follow up improvement project application progress update and saving calculation.
What your background should look like College degree or above major in manufacturing or engineering related. Familiar with stamping process trouble shooting and stamping die design. English reading, speaking, and writing knowledge.
