Summary:
Energy Transfer is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead key accounting functions within our Crude Marketing Services division. This critical leadership role oversees Joint Interest Billing (JIB), Revenue Accounting, and related financial processes for our E&P operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in upstream oil & gas accounting, strong SAP proficiency, and proven leadership in managing complex, multi-well and multi-owner environments. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting while driving process improvements and supporting strategic business decisions.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required. CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications are strongly preferred.
Experience:
10+ years of progressive accounting experience in the upstream oil & gas industry.
Minimum 5 years at a supervisory or manager level.
Significant hands-on experience with Joint Interest Billing (JIB) and Joint Venture Accounting.
Strong Revenue Accounting background, including production revenue, royalties, and tax reporting.
SAP experience (JVA, PRA, FI/CO)
Proven track record managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in a fast-paced E&P environment.
Experience with complex joint venture agreements, AFE management, and partner settlements.
