Job Duties: Lead teams of mainframe and distributed developers, providing design and coding guidance. Provide detailed analysis of Mutual Fund trading systems, including current process flows and business requirement mapping. Utilize domain knowledge in Mutual Funds Trading to translate new business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Plan and execute modernization of existing mainframe systems, retaining stability and scalability as functionality is transitioned. Provide second-level production support for both mainframe and distributed Mutual Fund trading systems, including root cause analysis and business support. Utilize experience as a technical leader in an organization, including coaching and mentoring, working through complex problems, and working with business partners. This position supervises other employees.

What you have

Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or a related field and 96 months of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in a related occupation. . Experience must include 96 months of experience involving the following: Building scalable backend systems and platform with .NET technologies, including .NET Core; Working on high performance, low latency financial transaction systems including trading order entry systems; NoSQL databases such as Aerospike and MongoDB to support low latency, high-performance, and schema-less Trading solutions; Messaging and services-based software in a cloud platform using RabbitMQ, Kafka, IBM MQ or equivalent technologies; Relational databases, including Db2 and SQL Server; Cloud-based technologies GCP or PCF; and Implementing CI/CD pipelines using Harness, and Atlassian tools including Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, or Bamboo.
