    We are looking for a Sr. Manager - SAP PTP - to join our team!

    Your Responsibilities:

    This is a dual-mandate role: the Sr. Manager, SAP PTP operates simultaneously as the Industry and Application Lead for Curtiss-Wright’s SAP Procure to Pay functional area, and as the People Manager providing leadership, direction, and portfolio-level oversight to the SAP PTP team. Both pillars are core, co-equal responsibilities of the role.

    Procure to Pay is hands-on work for this role — the Sr. Manager, SAP PTP works directly in the SAP system as the functional subject matter expert.

    Location: Remote, US

    Salary Range: $165,700.00 - 220,900.00

    Your Challenge:

    • Lead the functional area of SAP Procure to Pay and work with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and their teams to establish and prioritize Curtiss-Wright process needs and support legacy processes and application integration

    • Architect and lead global design and solution strategy for SAP S/4HANA Procurement across Curtiss-Wright’s Defense Electronics segment, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide procurement standards and templates

    • Own end-to-end SAP Procurement solution architecture, spanning Sourcing & Contract Management, Operational Procurement, Supplier Management, and Invoice-to-Pay, ensuring consistency and harmonization across business units

    • Serve as advisor to business Procurement teams, advising on advanced SAP S/4HANA procurement capabilities and supporting the creation and maintenance of the procurement systems roadmap

    • Drive global template design and standardization for Procure to Pay, balancing segment-specific requirements (e.g., Defense Electronics) against enterprise-wide consistency

    • Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to support application management processes and defect resolution in the Procure to Pay process area

    • Create and maintain process and technical documentation, such as functional and technical specifications and end-user training materials

    What you Bring:

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management

    • 15-20+ years of SAP ERP experience, including expertise with SAP S/4HANA Core Procure to Pay processes

    • 3+ of full life-cycle implementation experience in SAP Procure to Pay

    • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Core and the S/4HANA Core data model

    • Hands-on experience in Procure to Pay process design, configuration, and support, including its integration with SAP Order to Cash, SAP Production Planning, and SAP Finance

    • Experience with SAP Data objects specifically in the PTP domain and their configuration and issue management

    • 5+ years of experience providing leadership, direction, or portfolio-level oversight to a technical or functional team

    • Strong leadership and ownership skills to lead the team

    • Strong team player with excellent communication and ethics
