Sr. Manager of Salesforce Delivery
Location: Mostly remote, with 20% travel to Overland Park, KS.
Employment Type: Permanent

This is a direct hire, full time role with our end client.

Role Overview
This is a high-impact, hands-on technical leadership position responsible for executing the Salesforce product roadmap and driving operational improvements. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, administrators, release engineers, and architects within a complex, regulated enterprise environment. This role requires a leader who has grown through the Salesforce ecosystem, understands metadata-driven architecture at scale, and can provide immediate technical credibility to a tenured team. The objective is to stabilize delivery, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and support the replacement of legacy CRM systems.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually. Compensation is determined by a number of factors, including the candidates experience, skills, and qualifications. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package.
