Job SummaryThe Sr. Manager, Safety & ISO Systems leads the management and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (EMS, OHSMS, EnMS) at the site. The role collaborates closely with Site EHS/OHS and Energy Functional Managers, regional and global counterparts, and works with cross‑functional teams to gather data, document procedures, and provide key performance indicators and management reviews. The position supports audits, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and all relevant regulations.Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $130,000 – $150,000. Eligibility for an annual bonus plan with a target of 14% of base salary. Final pay determinations will depend on experience, education, skills, and other factors.ResponsibilitiesPartner with direct reports to manage and develop the local EHS/OHS and Energy mandates in accordance with the most current ISO Management Systems standards and sustainability initiatives.Assure conformity with the current state of EHS/OHS and Energy policies globally, regionally, and locally, as well as with global, regional, and local SOPs.Lead the implementation and maintenance of the integrated Management system in cooperation with local teams and Energy, Environmental & OHS Management System Representatives.Conduct and monitor local audits, develop an annual auditing plan, and participate in audits (as an auditee) by Global EHS/OHS, Regional EHS/OHS, peers, or external auditors; also serve as an auditor at sister plants when required.Define internal needs to comply with global EHS/OHS and Energy standards and determine appropriate goals, objectives/targets, and KPIs; track progress against them.Expand and further develop internal EHS/OHS and Energy KPI reporting to support continuous improvement, sustainability, and site management goals.Serve as the local Energy, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Sr. Manager, ensuring the effectiveness, efficient operation, management, and continual improvement of the EEOHSMS under ISO 45001/14001/50001 and all legal requirements.Ensure the integrated EEOHS Management System complies with the requirements of ISO 14001 (EMS), ISO 45001 (OHSMS), & ISO 50001 (EnMS) and corporate policies.Implement and monitor Regional EEOHS policy and local objectives with respect to the Production Unit – Wilson.Create, manage, and update documentation for the integrated Energy, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management System.Provide ongoing surveillance of compliance with EEOHS legal and other requirements.Report on integrated EEOHS performance to top management.Undertake regular reviews of occupational health & safety risks, environmental aspects and impacts, and energy performance.Provide training and information to employees to prevent accidents, avoid environmental pollution, reduce energy consumption, and enhance overall performance and sustainability.Report issues to Corporate (Global/Divisional and Regional) Energy, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Departments, and to respective global Management Representatives (gEMR, gEnMR, gOHSMR).Undertake EEOHS audits to review the integrated EEOHS Management System.Pursue actions related to general EEOHS, including site‑specific EEOHS programs and CAPAs covered by the integrated EEOHSMS.Drive continual improvement of methods and procedures related to the integrated EEOHSMS.Report on EnMS, EMS, & OHSMS issues to Plant Management, Regional EHS, Global EHS/OHS, and communicate appropriate information to the workforce.Assist the Site Compliance Team with ISO 9001, including audit support and reporting, as necessary.Position RequirementsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 8 years in an ISO, Security, and/or EHS‑related position with at least three years of leadership experience.Certification in Lead Auditor Training in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards preferred.Experience managing environmental management systems and sustainability programs; RCRA Hazardous Waste Management certification preferred.Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations and compliance requirements.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.Ability to work effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.Additional InformationWe offer an excellent salary and benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, disability, 401(k) with company contribution, and wellness program.
