    HR Additions is partnering with a rapidly growing industry leader seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead enterprise-wide recruiting strategy and operations. This role requires all staff to be in office daily.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives.
    • Partner with executive and operational leaders to forecast workforce needs and develop recruiting plans for hourly, professional, seasonal, and leadership hiring.
    • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
    • Lead end-to-end recruiting operations across corporate and field locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.
    • Establish scalable recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices that improve efficiency and candidate experience.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing time-to-fill, improving quality of hire, and optimizing recruiting effectiveness.
    • Oversee recruiting budgets and vendor relationships to maximize return on investment.
    • Develop and manage recruiting scorecards and dashboards.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting organization.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
    • 7+ years of recruiting leadership experience in a high-volume hiring environment.
    • Proven experience managing and developing recruiting teams.
    • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting, including workflows, reporting, and system optimization.
    • Experience supporting manufacturing, logistics, transportation, distribution, or CDL/driver recruiting environments strongly preferred.
    • Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment and recruiting compliance preferred.
    • SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty, SHRM-SCP, or similar certification preferred.
