Job Description

Role Overview 

We are seeking 14+ years’ experience as an Onshore Project Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) implementation and enhancement projects. Acting as the client-facing counterpart, this role will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring successful ERP project execution, stakeholder alignment, and seamless collaboration with offshore teams. 
 

Key Responsibilities 

• Project Delivery Manage end-to-end D365 F&O implementation and upgrade projects, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables while tracking risks, dependencies, and progress. 

• Client Engagement Work directly with client stakeholders (business and IT), gather and refine requirements, and lead workshops, meetings, and status updates to ensure alignment. 

• Team Coordination Collaborate with offshore development and functional teams, ensuring business needs are translated into effective technical solutions. Manage escalations and remove blockers. 

• Planning & Governance Develop project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and resource plans. Ensure adherence to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. 

• Quality & Delivery Assurance Oversee deliverables, testing phases (UAT, SIT, Pre-Prod), and ensure solutions meet business requirements. Drive timely go-live and post-go-live support. 

 

Required Skills 

• Functional / Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), integrations (APIs, Azure, Logic Apps), and Leapwork testing tool. 

• Project Management Expertise Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, PMP certification preferred. Skilled in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and MS Project. 

• Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities—critical for client-facing onshore roles. 

 

Typical Experience Required 

• IT Experience: 14+ years in IT project management. 

• D365 Experience: 8+ years managing D365F&O Projects. 

• Client-Facing Experience: Prior experience handling onshore client interactions and leading ERP (D365F&O projects) implementations.
