The Corporate FP&A Lead is responsible for managing the company's consolidated financial model, executive/BOD reporting, and budgeting/forecasting processes.
They will lead monthly financial reporting, develop executive and Board materials, and ensure accurate, insightful financial insights.
Key duties include overseeing forecasting, maintaining three-statement models, managing cash flow forecasts, and enhancing FP&A systems and infrastructure.
The role involves translating complex financial data into clear narratives, establishing quality control processes, and partnering with finance teams to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Initially an individual contributor, the position may grow to lead parts of the FP&A team, supporting scalable processes for a high-growth environment.
Qualifications include 7+ years in FP&A or finance, strong modeling skills, and experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and systems.
